Depending upon usage, most products require a service once or twice a year. This helps to keep them in optimum condition and maintains the manufacturers warranty or our extended warranty if you have taken an extended warranty out with us.

We carry out mobile servicing for the lighter products at your home. For the "heavy products" we service them at our Glastonbury base at waist height on our special work bench and carry out hi tech battery testing & discharging which in its self takes several hours to complete (depending on battery size & condition). We offer a collection and re-delivery service for the more complicated / heavy products at 40p per mile. (Some businesses charge a travelling fee of £40 per hour, we do not, we make a nominal charge of 40p per mile round trip)
